EU Resident: You will receive an email from us with details of your ‘Evidence Of Identity’ interview shortly.
Non-EU Resident: Your application pack will be posted to you in the next few days. If you haven’t received it within 10 days, please call 0845 604 3719
If you have applied for a replacement / reminder / change of name, your completed form will be sent out by First Class Royal Mail or emailed to you, depending on what you requested in the application. Please sign the form, and return to the address on the form.
